WMCC board meetings are on the second Tuesday of most months. They are located in the Willow Meadows Baptist Church, Room 209 at 7pm

The Willow Meadows Civic Club (WMCC) is a self-managed, deed-restricted community with mandatory membership.

Yearly Dues & Fees

2026 Dues: $455
Payment Options:

Full Payment: Due February 1, 2026
Split Payment: 50% due February 1, 2026 and 50% due May 1, 2026

Renovation & Building Review

Willow Meadows is a deed restricted home owners association, established in 1953. If you are renovating or building in Willow Meadows you must review the deed restrictions and submit a ARC application before any work is done.

Review your section’s deed restrictions
Complete the ARC application
Send your application to Jeanne LaMontagne at architecture@willowmeadows.org
We will be in contact with you on whether your project is approved or not.
